It`s not necesary to have an Steam account for argentine teams because we will be playing
in the Argentine server "Thiof".

Welcome to everyone, this is our fisrt international tournamnet organized by our Argentine
community of Ns,the tournament is of 8 slots with loser.

The tournament will start the 18, 19 or 20 of Dicember. the date will be confirmed
on the 1st of December and also the time, buf for a matter of time the tournament
will began in the afternoon and end at night.

Basically there are 8 slots, 6 for argentine teams and 2 for international teams.
One map will be played by sector, 8th, 4th, semifinal, the final is the best of 3 maps.
The teams that lost in 8th will be going to loser break, for 5th place.

On the day of the tournament for a better organization the chatbox of this web will be used,
also with the steam and the Messenger, we reccomend to use the chatbox.

Tournament Rules:

1. Be punctual with the time table acorded for the matches, there will be only 10 minutes of tolerance.
After 10 minutes the game will be awarded to the team that was waiting.

2. The teams will have 10 minutes to say ready after the 12 players are in the server. When
the 10 minutes end the match will beggin.

3. The substitute players of the teams cannot watch the game from the spectating room
but they can stay in the readyroom or watch the game from the HLTV.

4. If there is any problem with one of the players and cannot play, the substitute can enter so to replace. if the player who came out might come back again into the server, the
substitute must return to the readyroom.

5. Only the Team Leader can use the command say, if this is not respected the admin can
decide to sanction, warn or end the match, according the gravity.
